Themed focus tables include:

Ethical wines

The natural borders of Chile – desert, mountain, glacier and sea – lead to a winemaker’s paradise. See the surge of vegan, vegetarian, organic, biodynamic, natural and orange wines coming from Chile today.

Award winning wines

Gold & trophy medal winning wines from this year’s International competitions. DWWA, IWC, SWA & Drinks Business Masters.

Ancestral Wines

Taste the history of Chile with varietals including Pais, Muscat and blends.

Wine Bar Wars

Wines of Chile launched Wine Bar War in New York, USA in 2014. It is a competition that pits teams of sommeliers against each other to literally ‘build a wine bar’ and open for business to an audience that will judge them on the concept and visual appearance, as well as their wine selection and service they offer.

Following on from the success of Wine Bar Wars 2015 and 2016, teams of sommeliers will do battle in London to be named 2019 UK Champions and to win a trip to Chile in January 2020.  Each bar will be up and running for the opening of our trade tasting. Over the course of the tasting guests will be able to visit each bar, sample the range of wines and engage with the teams to see why they have selected the wines and how they would work on a wine list. Guests will be then to vote on their favourite Wine Bar.

Catalogue download

The full catalogue will be available to download from mid September so that you can begin to plan your day with us, however we will also have printed catalogues to hand out on the day.
